Use a recover.html from any guardian's bundle, or the MANIFEST.age fileYour bundle's README holds a copy of the wallet's instructions, written on the Bitcoin chain. You do not need the other guardians to read it. You need one of the wallet's own keys.
This works with no internet. Nothing is sent anywhere.
The chain copy cannot be changed once it is written, so it may be older than your bundle. If the two disagree, trust your bundle.
