Privacy Policy

Bitcoin Butler LLC — A Wyoming Limited Liability Company

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

1. Our Privacy Commitment

Bitcoin Butler LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy through data minimization. We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide our Services, we do not sell your personal information, and we delete data when it is no longer needed.

2. Information We Collect

  • Appointment and scheduling data when you book consultations
  • Payment information processed by our third-party payment processor (we do not store full payment card details)
  • Communications you send to us

Information We Do NOT Collect:

Important: We do not collect, request, receive, or store private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, recovery phrases, or any cryptocurrency access credentials. We are a non-custodial service.

Technical Information Automatically Collected:

  • IP address, device type, browser type, operating system
  • Usage data such as pages viewed and session duration
  • Cookies and similar technologies for site functionality

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information solely to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Process transactions and send related communications
  • Schedule and facilitate consultations
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations, including sanctions screening
  • Protect against fraud and unauthorized access

4. Google Calendar Data

A Butler can choose to connect their Google Calendar. This is optional. Nothing happens until the Butler grants permission, and they can withdraw it at any time.

What we request. We ask for two permissions only:

  • calendar.events to create and update the calendar entry for a consultation, and to create the video meeting link for it.
  • userinfo.email to show the Butler which account they connected.

What we do with it. We write one calendar event for each consultation, and we update or remove that event when the consultation moves or is cancelled. We store the access token, the refresh token and the account address so we can do this. We store nothing else from the calendar.

What we never do. We do not read existing calendar entries. We do not read email. We do not use Google user data to train any model. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising. No human at Bitcoin Butlers reads it, except where a Butler asks us to fix a specific problem, or the law requires it, or it is needed for security.

Disconnecting. A Butler can disconnect at any time in dashboard settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When they disconnect, we delete the stored tokens. Calendar entries we already created stay in their calendar, and they can delete those themselves.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers under contract who assist with hosting, analytics, and payment processing
  • Butlers (independent contractors) only as necessary to facilitate consultations
  • Professional advisors under NDA

6. Data Security
